QUALITY STANDARDS

Our grading system ensures transparency and helps you make informed purchasing decisions. Please refer to the following guidelines:

 

  1. DVS (Digoo Very Good Standard):

    • Products classified under DVS are of premium quality.
    • They may have extremely minimal and barely noticeable signs of use.
    • Our devices undergo comprehensive refurbishment procedures to maintain their excellent condition.

  2. DGS (Digoo Good Standard):

    • Items labelled as DGS are in excellent condition.
    • They may display minor signs of use, such as faint scratches or slight wear.
    • Please note that these cosmetic blemishes do not affect the functionality of the devices.

  3. DLS (Digoo Low Standard):

    • DLS represents devices with slightly more noticeable signs of use compared to previous grades.
    • They may feature visible scratches or signs of wear but without any impact on functionality.
    • Rest assured that these devices are fully functional and reliable. 

  4. DBS Lite (Digoo Broken Standard):

    • The DBS Lite grade denotes devices with very tiny hairline cracks or minor broken parts.
    • These issues are easy to repair and do not significantly impact functionality.
    • These items are priced accordingly and may require repairs or replacement parts to restore full functionality.

       5. DBS Major (Digoo Broken Standard):

  • The DBS grade denotes our lowest standard and includes devices with visible cracks or broken parts.
  • Regardless of the crack or broken part's size, any presence of damage categorizes the product as DBS.
  • These items are priced accordingly and may require repairs or replacement parts to restore full functionality.
