Terms and Conditions for BuyBack Service


    1. Introduction:
    Welcome to Digoo IT Distribution. These terms and conditions govern your use of our buyback service. By using our buyback service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

    2. Services Provided:
    Digoo IT Distribution B.V. offers a buyback service for companies looking to sell their used IT products. As part of this service, we:

    • Wipe all data from the products.
    • Clean the products.
    • Grade the products.
    • Pack the products for shipment.

            3. Requirements:
             All units must be free of domain or any other locks like Apple ID. A charge of 25 euros per device will apply if the product comes with a domain or lock. We provide a price per grade                for the buyback service.

            4. Pricing:
            We offer competitive pricing based on the grade of the product. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

            5. Grading System:
            Products are graded based on their condition, functionality, and appearance. We provide a price per grade, which reflects the quality of the product.

            6. Customer Acceptance:
            Customers have the right to accept or reject the grading provided by Digoo IT Distribution B.V. If the customer rejects the grading, a handling fee of 25 euros per device will apply.

            7. Limitation of Liability:
            Digoo IT Distribution B.V. shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use                our products or services.

            9. Severability:
